The eCommerce Digital Experience Manager is responsible for categories focused on the customer experience and website merchandising to increase conversion and improve customer experience on our WWW & BSD websites. The role involves monitoring KPI trends on storefront, category, and SKU pages, collaborating with marketing, merchandising, SEO, product, and technology teams, as well as eCommerce peers and leadership on website category optimizations and experiences.
Remote: While relocation is not currently required, candidates within a radius of our physical locations, including Boca Raton, Itasca, and Austin, will be required to work in the office at least two days per week.
