Manages the planning and coordination of strategic programs. This role supports program management and communications for a broad range of HR priorities. Responsibilities include coordinating activities, monitoring progress against milestones and preparing leadership updates for multiple stakeholder groups.

What You Will Do:
  • Overseeing integration of HR processes and programs; Coordinating milestones, deliverables, status reporting and follow-up actions
  • Managing HR portfolio and related communications project work. Setting timelines, coordinating responsibilities and monitoring progress
  • Reviewing project, governance and communications materials.
  • Preparing updates, KPIs, insights and materials for leadership and stakeholders
What You Have:
Education/Experience:
  • Degree or equivalent experience desired.

  • Develops, refines, and communicates tactical plans for own responsibilities.

Summary Pay Range:

$128,470.00 - $192,710.00
