Campus Compact is seeking a development professional to lead our annual giving strategy and build a program from the ground up. You will conduct prospect research and create actionable donor profiles for fundraising staff.

You will also maintain development systems and ensure data integrity across platforms, working remotely with occasional staff travel. This role offers healthcare, PTO, and retirement contributions in a national scope.

Formación

• Experience in grant writing and fundraising development.
• Strong data management and reporting skills.
• Ability to work across teams and manage donor information.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
