Job summary

Ovative Group is seeking a Manager, Measurement - Data Integration to lead server-side tagging, CAPI implementations, and data quality across multiple client environments. You will collaborate with client technology teams, guide UAT, and drive documentation and tagging specifications to ensure reliable insights.

In this role you will mentor 1–2 direct reports, help scale Ovative’s data pipelines, and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, contributing to our

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of server-side tagging and CAPI integrations.
• Experience with Tealium iQ and Adobe Experience Platform Tags (Launch); familiarity with GTM.
• Strong front-end fundamentals: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Data Layers.
• Experience partnering with development teams to outline requirements and QA tagging implementations.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical details for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, implementation, and QA of server-side tagging solutions across client environments.
• Serve as technical advisor to clients pursuing self-managed implementations.
• Review and validate client-led implementations against platform best practices.
• Lead QA of newly launched tags and pixels with media analysts.
• Manage and document tag implementations across client engagements.
• Coordinate internal requests with client development sprint schedules to ensure timely media launches.
• Produce client-facing documentation including implementation guides and tagging specifications.
• Act as the primary client contact for pixel, tagging, and CAPI requests during implementation, testing, and deployment.
