We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Manager to join our growing Data & AI Consulting team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong foundation in data analytics, business intelligence, and financial systems who is passionate about helping clients unlock value through data-driven strategies and modern technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements focused on data strategy, analytics, and AI enablement
• Design and implement scalable data solutions using tools like Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and Azure
• Translate business requirements into actionable insights through dashboards, reports, and predictive models.
• Support technical pre-sales efforts by participating in discovery sessions, crafting solution proposals, and delivering product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with business development teams to identify new opportunities, contribute to RFPs, and shape go-to-market strategies.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and innovation.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and capability development.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in data science, AI, and digital transformation.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or financial analysis, with at least 2 years in a consulting or client-facing role.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau); experience with data warehousing platforms (Azure Synapse, Snowflake)
