The Role:

FlyteHealth is actively seeking a Senior Product Manager with expertise in Clinical Decision

Systems, Data Science, Machine Learning and AI to spearhead and steer our product and service initiatives.

As a valued member of the FlyteHealth Product Management team, you will collaborate closely

with UX designers, engineers, data scientists, data analysts, clinicians, and other stakeholders.

Your mission will be to cultivate an in-depth understanding of our products and craft innovative

solutions at the forefront of the industry.

In this role, you'll have the unique opportunity to actively lead and contribute to all facets of product development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the product strategy and roadmap for Data science-based solutions into our FlyteHealth product and other product use cases.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trend.
  • Employ a technical and data-driven approach to solve intricate challenges.
  • Spearhead data collection strategies to ensure the availability of extensive datasets.
  • Shape the product roadmap across diverse use-cases, enhancing the product experience with Data Science.
  • Make informed decisions supported by existing metrics that gauge the impact of each choice.
  • Collaboratively oversee all data-related aspects for relevant products, including strategy, governance, and implementation.
  • Work in tandem with data engineers, data analysts, upper management, product teams, and customers to ensure accurate and valuable data integration.
  • Work closely with data scientists and engineers to enhance LLM capabilities and performance.
  • Develop a deep understanding of user behaviors and feedback to drive product improvements.
  • Develop API integration systems to foster collaboration with startups and SaaS companies.
  • Provide support to cross-functional teams by defining goals and project parameters.

First 30 Days:

  • Acquire a comprehensive understanding of FlyteHealth's products, strategy, and internal teams.
  • Familiarize yourself with our business, market, architecture, and product development.
  • Align with current business goals, product vision, and technology expectations for delivering top-notch mobile applications.
  • Dive into market research to understand the current landscape of CDS products and competitors. Participate in discussions with data scientists and engineers to gain insights into technology capabilities.
  • Establish connections with clinicians, customer support, and other operational personnel.

First 60 Days:

  • Acquire a comprehensive understanding of FlyteHealth's products, strategy, and internal teams.
  • Develop Product Roadmap and KPIs for the success of CDS/Data science products
  • Work closely with the engineering team to execute on the defined roadmap.
  • Develop marketing strategies to promote LLM products to a broader audience.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential clients and explore partnership opportunities.
  • Plan for the expansion of LLM products into new markets or industries.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of user adoption and growth.
  • Collaborate closely with your dedicated scrum team to advance features and provide regular product updates and demonstrations.
  • Strategize the product roadmap for future milestones.

Skills:

  • Profound understanding of data science, data analytics, data engineering, and product management principles.
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager with a focus on Large Language Models (LLMs). In-depth knowledge of LLMs, including ChatGPT, Bard, or similar technologies.
  • Strong technical background in natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning, deep learning, artificial intelligence, and related concepts.
  • Knowledge of quantitative concepts, including statistical models.
  • Understanding of big data concepts.
  • Command over tools and software, including Domo, Snowflakes/RedShift/BigQuery, Microsoft Office Suite, and more.
  • Expertise in product management and project management.
  • Previous experience overseeing all stages of the product lifecycle and successfully managing product launches within an Iterative/Agile framework.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, data analytics, product
  • management, or a related field are preferred
  • Prior experience in AI-based product development is highly desirable either as a PM or Data Scientist.
  • Exceptional research and analytical capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Critical problem-solving abilities.
  • Leadership and management proficiency essential for overseeing multiple products.
