Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of QA pixel tracking, developing pixel strategies with third-party partners, and optimizing marketing performance. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of data warehousing, business reporting automation, and full-funnel reporting. The Senior Data Manager will work closely with the data engineering team, manage data analysts, and build out comprehensive dashboards and analytics strategies to drive business growth and operational efficiency.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Ensure QA pixel tracking is accurate and develop pixel strategies with third-party partners to optimize marketing performance.
• Collaborate with the data engineering team to buildout data warehousing and automate business reporting.
• Develop full-funnel reporting based on BQ (BigQuery) instance and create new views for reporting.
• Determine marketing channel efficiency and assess the overall LTV (Lifetime Value) of marketing campaigns.
• Build out team dashboards and develop an analytics strategy to unlock new business growth and operational efficiency at every stage of the funnel.
• Uncover new insights that lead to long-term revenue growth.
• Manage the work of data analysts, ensuring accurate performance reporting and prioritizing team needs.
• Develop and maintain a data dictionary and establish best practices.
• Report on the success of initiatives and assist teams in determining next steps.
• Ensure event tracking is accurate and supports the setup of A/B testing platforms.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience as a data manager or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong proficiency in data warehousing, data modeling, and SQL.
