Job summary

Ascension, Indianapolis-based corporate office, is seeking a Data Analytics leader to guide organizational data strategies and manage a team responsible for predictive, prescriptive, and inferential modeling that informs senior management decisions. The role drives departmental goals, efficiency, and improved service offerings, with a focus on staffing, performance reviews, and ongoing education.

• Consult leadership on organizational data strategies while leading a team to build predictive, prescriptive, and inferential models that drive business decisions.
• Oversee the implementation of departmental goals, metrics, and improvement plans to optimize efficiency, sustainability, and service offerings.
• Direct the preparation of comprehensive reports and communicate key findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Manage full lifecycle staffing operations, including hiring, performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and continuing education initiatives.
