Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a Manager, CyberSecurity Risk Management to lead efforts across governance, risk assessments, and remediation. You will partner with Security, Engineering, Product, IT, Legal, and Finance to drive measurable outcomes and ensure secure software and data controls.

Strong PM discipline and clear risk communication are essential. You will help quantify risk in business terms, support scalable risk assessments, and contribute to governance through metrics, dashboards, and leadership

Qualifications

• 8+ years in cybersecurity risk management or GRC, with 3+ years in PM.
• Experience scaling risk programs in fast-paced tech, SaaS, or cloud.
• Strong knowledge of NIST/ISO/COBIT and security frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional risk assessments and risk remediation.
• Draft risk statements translating findings into business impact.
• Maintain risk registers with ownership, status, and dates.
• Produce leadership risk reporting and KPIs/KRIs dashboards.
• Support risk governance, risk committee materials, and escalation reviews.
• Engage with Security, Engineering, Product, IT, Legal, Procurement and Finance.
