Graybar Electric Company, Inc. in Vermont seeks a Branch Supervisor to coordinate branch resources and lead a diverse team in customer service, admin, warehouse, and transportation.
You will implement customer-facing and e-commerce solutions, set branch schedules and procedures, and work with the Branch Manager to improve profitability and asset management. A 2-year degree is preferred and leadership experience is essential.
Shift and Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. This position requires working three days per week in Burlington, VT and two days per week in Rutland, VT.
Compensation Details: The expected starting rate of pay for this position is $71,146 annually, depending on experience. This position is also incentive eligible, based on specific and relevant business metrics.
