Role Summary

The Corporate Account Manager (CAM) in Orapharma manages large accounts within community-based key focus accounts, employing a comprehensive account management approach. The role involves collaboration with internal and external partners to effectively communicate our value proposition to customers, primarily dentists, periodontists, hygienists, office staff, and DSO Regional Leadership.

Responsibilities
  1. Deeply understand customer objectives, challenges, and market trends to develop strategic engagement plans.
  2. Partner with DSO Regional Leadership on patient identification initiatives and operationalizing products specific to each account.
  3. Conduct quarterly/monthly business reviews to promote product utilization.
  4. Provide timely marketplace feedback on business trends, industry issues, and opportunities.
  5. Inform accounts about payer changes affecting infusion processes.
  6. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other stakeholders to meet product objectives.
  7. Maintain compliance with Bausch Health standards.
Qualifications
  1. Associate degree required; Bachelor’s preferred.
  2. At least 5 years of dental sales or DSO experience preferred.
  3. Experience with P&L management at the national account level is advantageous.
  4. Healthcare account experience, especially building relationships with C-suite and regional leaders, is highly desirable.
  5. Ability to understand and present clinical information effectively.
  6. Residency in the defined geographic area required.
  7. Willingness to travel overnight up to 60-70%.
  8. Valid driver’s license with a good driving record required.
