Role: Corporate Account Manager (CAM) - Orapharma

The CAM is responsible for managing large accounts within community-based key focus areas, using strategic planning and execution aligned with organizational targeting methodology. The role involves approaching each customer with a comprehensive account management perspective, leveraging all available resources, and collaborating with internal and external partners to effectively communicate our value proposition to dentists, periodontists, hygienists, office staff, and DSO Regional Leadership.

Responsibilities:
  1. Understand customer objectives, challenges, and market dynamics to develop strategic plans that enhance engagement and outcomes.
  2. Partner with DSO Regional Leadership on patient identification initiatives, tailoring processes and products to specific accounts.
  3. Conduct quarterly and monthly business reviews to promote product utilization.
  4. Provide timely marketplace feedback on customer trends, competitors, and industry opportunities to corporate leadership.
  5. Inform accounts about payer changes affecting infusion processes.
  6. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders to meet corporate product objectives.
  7. Ensure compliance with Bausch Health standards.
Qualifications:
  • Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s preferred.
  • At least 5 years of dental sales or DSO experience is highly preferred.
  • Experience managing P&L at the national account level, including developing and executing business plans.
  • Healthcare account experience, especially building relationships with C-suite and regional leaders.
  • Ability to understand and present clinical information effectively.
  • Residency within the defined geographic area.
  • Availability for up to 60-70% overnight travel.
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
