The Corporate Account Manager (CAM) in Orapharma manages large accounts within community-based focus areas, approaching each customer with a comprehensive account management strategy. The role involves collaborating with internal and external partners to effectively communicate our value proposition to dentists, periodontists, hygienists, office staff, and DSO Regional Leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic plans based on customer objectives, challenges, and market trends to enhance engagement and outcomes.
  • Partner with DSO Regional Leadership on patient identification initiatives and operationalize products tailored to each account.
  • Conduct quarterly/monthly business reviews with key accounts to promote product utilization.
  • Provide timely marketplace feedback on business trends, competitors, and industry opportunities.
  • Inform accounts about payer changes affecting infusion processes.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders to meet product objectives.
  • Maintain compliance with Bausch Health standards.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of dental sales or DSO experience preferred.
  • Experience in P&L management at the national account level, including business planning.
  • Healthcare account experience, with ability to build relationships at the C-suite and regional levels.
  • Ability to understand and present clinical information effectively.
  • Residence within the defined geographic area.
  • Willingness to travel overnight up to 60-70%.
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
