Qualifications

You'll direct the activities of a functional area, managing a team responsible for content optimization strategy across multiple product lines and business areas. You'll navigate highly complex, ambiguous, and fast-moving priorities while developing your team's careers, driving measurable business impact, and influencing senior stakeholders across the organization.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 10 years of experience with SEO for a global brand or digital agency 4+ years of experience directly managing SEO, content, or program management teams, including experience developing and calibrating talent Experience with AIO / GEO / AEO and optimizing content for AI-powered search Solid experience leading complex, cross-functional content programs across multiple product lines or business areas In-depth knowledge of the latest content SEO best practices across all significant worldwide search engines Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Profound, seoClarity, and Ahrefs

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
