This Managerwill help lead the Global GTM strategy development and execution for all global Benefit campaigns. This role will directly report to the Director, Global Campaigns.
This is a high-visibility, high-impact role that combines big-picture category vision with scrappy day-to-day execution. You’ll serve as the quarterback for integrated global campaigns, translating insights into compelling storytelling, inspiring cross-functional teams, and empowering regional markets to deliver culturally resonant, business-driving work while maintaining a cohesive global brand vision. The role requires strategic and creative leadership to drive category growth in an omnichannel ecosystem – from digital to ecommerce to retailer.

The target salary range for this position is $90,000-$138,000 annually. The actual salary offered is based on market location and will depend on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, years of relevant experience; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. This position is eligible to earn an annual bonus.
