What You'll Do

As a key member of ATC's Construction and Commissioning leadership team, you will:

Develop People & Teams
  • Coach, mentor, and develop a team of construction professionals.
  • Provide performance feedback, growth opportunities, and leadership support.
  • Create clear expectations and accountability across internal and external resources.
  • Build an engaged, high-performing, and safety-focused team culture.
  • Lead oversight of contractors, consultants, outside firms, and alliance partners.
  • Establish clear expectations and performance measures.
  • Promote safe work practices and operational excellence.
  • Ensure contractual obligations and project deliverables are achieved.
Partner Across the Enterprise

  • Help develop practical construction solutions that consider environmental, operational, customer, and landowner impacts.
  • Promote best practices and continuous improvement across project portfolios.
Champion Safety
  • Serve as a visible safety leader.
  • Reinforce a culture where every employee and contractor goes home safely.
  • Identify and address risks proactively.
  • Lead confidently during emergency and incident response situations.
