At ATC, we don't just build and maintain the electric transmission system that powers communities, we continuously improve how that work gets done.

We're seeking a strategic, influential, and passionate Lead Construction Program Manager – Standards, Quality & Training to help elevate project management excellence across our Construction Project Management organization. In this highly visible leadership role, you'll drive enterprise-wide standards, quality assurance practices, onboarding, training, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives that directly impact how ATC delivers critical infrastructure projects.
