We're seeking a strategic, influential, and passionate Lead Construction Program Manager – Standards, Quality & Training to help elevate project management excellence across our Construction Project Management organization. In this highly visible leadership role, you'll drive enterprise-wide standards, quality assurance practices, onboarding, training, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives that directly impact how ATC delivers critical infrastructure projects.
This is an opportunity for a seasoned project delivery professional who is ready to move beyond managing individual projects and instead influence how an entire organization plans, executes, learns, and improves.
Success in this position is measured by the organization's ability to execute projects more consistently, effectively, and efficiently through stronger standards, improved quality, enhanced learning programs, and increased project management capability.
You'll serve as a trusted advisor, quality champion, standards owner, mentor, and organizational change leader—helping project managers across ATC deliver better outcomes for the communities we serve.

However, this is not a 100% remote position and would require relocation to Wisconsin.
The targeted base pay for this position is $171,600 to $200,200 annually.* Base pay is one component of our comprehensive total rewards package which includes an annual incentive bonus, employer-sponsored pension plan, 401(k) match, HSA contribution, life & disability insurance, health care benefits, generous time off plans, flexible work arrangements, and much more.
