A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred and flexibility is required for shifts.

Qualifications

• Gaming industry experience preferred.

• 2–5 years’ experience in compliance, regulatory or analytical roles preferred.
• 4-year degree in a related field or related work experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Build guest and team member relations and maintain service quality.
• Set and maintain guest service standards for a favorable gaming experience.
• Develop and maintain internal controls and SOPs for state and federal agencies.
• Correspond with state regulators and track government reporting.
• Review regulatory activities and perform audit follow ups.
• Advise on company policies and documentation to ensure compliance.
• Communicate important information to senior staff, surveillance, and other teams.

Job description

• Build guest and team member positive relations
• Participates and conducts departmental meetings.
• Ensure consistent high-quality service to all our team members and guests.
• Set and maintain guest service standards and ensure team members perform those standards to achieve a favorable gaming experience for guests.
• Assists and advises Company personnel, as necessary, to assure the successful compliance of internal controls and standard operating procedures.
• Develop, implement, and maintain internal controls, standard operating procedures and regulation for state and federal agencies.
• Correspond and communicate with state regulators.
• Review regulatory and compliance activities as well as perform audit follow ups.
• Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Assists and advises Company personnel, as necessary, to assure the successful compliance of internal controls and standard operating procedures.
• Track and complete all government reporting.
• Manage escalated guest service issues appropriately and discreetly.
• Have knowledge of guest alcohol limitations and company policy and procedure regarding limitations.
• Communicates pertinent information to senior staff, surveillance, or other necessary team members that is important to the operation of the casino.
• Must be able to meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies.
• Ensure satisfaction to guests.
• Follow lawful directions from supervisors.
• Uphold the company’s non-disclosure and confidentiality policies and agreements.
• Interact well with others and be a positive influence on team member morale.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule as required by business operations, including late nights, weekends, and holidays; shifts may change.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL EFFORTS:

• The hospitality industry is a 24 Hour 365-day operation.
• This position will primarily be indoors under controlled temperatures.
• Occasional exposure to outdoor climates
• Occasional: standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds
• Frequent: sitting, kneeling, reaching, pulling, pushing, and with repetitive movement of fingers, legs, arms, and hands
• Speech and Vision abilities are required.
  

  Target Compensation Range:

  • $58,000 - $59,740 yearly salary
