Job SummaryNovant Health has an exciting opportunity for a Compensation Manager to join our growing Total Rewards Team! The Compensation Manager will be responsible for the management of all corporate total compensation programs and participating in the strategic planning of those programs. Directs the research, development, implementation and monitoring of compensation plans. Counsels with management regarding the application of sound compensation, principles and practice. Oversees the compliance with legal requirements associated with compensation. Candidates should have 5-7 years or more in compensation. Preference for candidates with large healthcare system compensation experience.
We are accepting candidates from NC, SC, GA, or VA. This is a Remote Position.

Qualifications- Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. Human Resources or related. *Substantial years of experience in a similar industry may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Experience:Five years In the analysis, design, and/or administration of compensation programs, or Consulting with an in-depth knowledge of best practices, required. 2+ years successful supervisory/management experience, preferred.
- Additional Skills (required):
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws, statutes, etc. which govern policies and practices.
- Thorough understanding and application of internal and external HR principles, concepts, practices, and standards.
- Subscribes to the highest standards of ethics and business/personal integrity.
- Ability to manage sensitive employee information in a highly confidential manner.
- Strong analytical, decision-making and documentation skills.
- Ability to organize, multi-task, and prioritize work.
- Excellent (Advanced) PC skills (Microsoft Suite, especially Excel modeling).
- Results oriented while being flexible and adaptable to change.
- Operations management with strong attention to project deadlines and details.
- Clear, concise communication skills (verbal, written).
- Effectively works in a fast-paced work environment to deliver results.
