What you'll do at Jamf:

• Provide leadership for Operations and Engineering within Cloud & Delivery, ensuring teams meet their deliverables and priorities.
• Work closely with stakeholders to meet strategic objectives.
• Develop teams' subject matter expertise and support professional growth.
• Mentor Supervisors & Managers, and provide technical guidance.
• Travel occasionally between Poland and the Netherlands.

This role is remote in Minneapolis, MN; Eau Claire, WI; or Austin, TX, with periodic work at local Jamf offices.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining current knowledge and guiding teams on technical and process improvements.
• Ensuring quality and compliance with KPIs, SLAs, SOC2, and ISO27001.
• Leading cloud platform development and code quality assurance.
• Managing people, including hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and coaching.
• Collaborating with leadership to improve organizational functions.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years in enterprise software or technology roles.
• Minimum 2 years management experience.
• Expertise in Microsoft Azure & Kubernetes, with experience deploying and managing containerized applications.
• Preferred: Mac OS X and iOS familiarity, Agile experience, Atlassian tools, and AWS certifications.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
