What you'll do at Jamf:

1. Provide leadership for Operations and Engineering within Cloud & Delivery, ensuring teams meet their deliverables and prioritize effectively.
2. Work closely with stakeholders to meet strategic business objectives.
3. Ensure teams understand current priorities and develop subject matter expertise.
4. Mentor and develop Supervisors & Managers.
5. Travel between Poland and the Netherlands as required.
6. This role is remote in Minneapolis, MN; Eau Claire, WI; or Austin, TX, with periodic office work as needed.

What you can expect to do in this role:

• Maintain current knowledge through education and training.
• Provide vision and oversight for software development, guiding teams on techniques, tools, and practices.
• Deliver quality services, monitor KPIs, and ensure SLA compliance.
• Serve as a point of escalation for customers and teams.
• Ensure compliance with SOC2 and ISO27001 standards.
• Develop schedules with global leadership, ensuring coverage for on-call and weekends.
• Lead and mentor teams in building cloud-based platforms.
• Prioritize, plan, and manage results, identifying and mitigating risks.
• Review workflows for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide technical leadership and ensure code quality.
• Mentor team members on technical solutions and best practices.
• Apply Lean principles and Agile practices effectively.
• Manage people responsibilities, including hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to improve organizational functions.
• Drive initiatives aligned with company goals.
• Seek input from other departments for continuous improvement.

What we are looking for:

• At least 5 years in enterprise software development or technology roles with increasing responsibilities.
• Minimum 2 years management experience.
• Expertise in Microsoft Azure & Kubernetes, including deploying and managing containerized applications.
• Experience with Mac OS X and iOS platforms (preferred).
• At least 3 years working in Agile environments.
• Proficiency with Atlassian tools.
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
• Certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, Developer, or SysOps Admin are a plus.
• Knowledge of Jamf products (preferred).
