The Impact: We are looking for a Senior Cloud Engineer with a strong background in Tech Operations to join our IT team. The role involves designing, deploying, and managing cloud infrastructure, ensuring seamless tech operations, system performance, and reliability.

• Monitor resources for performance, cost, and security.
• Oversee daily tech operations for system reliability and performance.
• Support application deployment and operational needs in collaboration with development teams.
• Develop operational policies to enhance system security and reliability.
• Manage incident response and problem resolution.

Collaboration and Documentation

• Work with cross-functional teams to improve cloud and operational processes.
• Conduct performance reviews and capacity planning.
• Document architecture, procedures, and best practices for knowledge sharing.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 8-12 years in cloud engineering and tech operations.
• Expertise in AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and related services.
• Scripting skills (Python, Bash) and automation experience.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker.
• Understanding of networking, security, compliance.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect).
• Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana.
