Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own and improve Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure services.

This Sr. Cloud Platform Engineer opportunity offers the chance to shape cloud governance, strengthen security, and drive automation across Microsoft cloud technologies in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure infrastructure services, and related cloud platforms.
• Lead governance efforts for cloud lifecycle management, standards, configuration practices, and adoption.
• Design and support identity and access management solutions, including conditional access, single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, privileged access, and role-based controls.
• Build and maintain automation using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, infrastructure as code approaches, and workflow tools.
• Monitor platform health, performance, availability, and capacity, then implement improvements to increase reliability.
• Partner with security teams to support compliance, threat protection, access controls, and audit readiness.
• Contribute to cloud migration, integration, and modernization initiatives across infrastructure and enterprise applications.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and Tier III escalation support for complex cloud, identity, and collaboration issues.
• Create technical documentation, architectural diagrams, support procedures, and runbooks.
• Mentor team members and promote best practices in cloud operations, security, automation, and continuous improvement.

Skills

• 8+ years of experience supporting enterprise infrastructure and cloud environments.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Entra ID, and enterprise identity solutions.
• Strong background in cloud strategy, governance, and long‑term platform planning.
• Experience implementing security controls, compliance requirements, and access governance at scale.
• Solid knowledge of Azure, Microsoft 365, and hybrid cloud infrastructure design.
• Proven ability to automate processes using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, and infrastructure as code practices.
• Hands‑on experience with identity management, zero trust concepts, and secure access frameworks.
• Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and technical decision‑making skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner across technical and business teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

The pay range for this role is $46.00 - $78.32 per hour based on qualifications and experience.
