If this describes you, we are currently seeking a Manager, Clinical Operations to join our team!

Your Main Responsibilities and Duties Include:

• Providing supervision and management of CRAs (TI employees and contractors).
• Drafting and administering performance evaluations of direct reports.
• Participating in hiring processes for employees and contractors.
• Reviewing and approving monitoring reports as requested.
• Assisting with the development, execution, and documentation of monthly CRA meetings.
• Leading scheduled one-on-one check-in meetings with direct reports.
• Performing or assisting with clinical study site visits to ensure subject safety and protocol compliance, providing corrective actions as needed.
• Serving as a resource for Project Managers in developing study-specific documents and monitoring tools.
• Willingness to travel 20-40%, depending on company needs.

To Succeed in This Position:

• You should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3-4 years of clinical research field monitoring experience, preferably at a mid/senior level, with a minimum of 3 years of people management experience.
• You should understand GCPs, FDA, and ICH guidelines thoroughly.
• You should possess excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• High attention to detail is essential.

The starting base pay range for this position is approximately $120,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience. Consideration will be given to candidates with experience exceeding these requirements.
