USD $120,524.61 - USD $150,655.75 /Yr.

Overview

This exciting position will have the opportunity to impact patients’ health every day via the delivery of best-in-class interventions and patient care within Navitus’ Clinical Engagement Center (CEC). The Manager, Clinical Operations will oversee the day-to-day execution of activities that support the delivery of clinical interventions and Medication Therapy Management (MTM) services for commercial and Medicare members. These programs include telehealth outreach to members to complete an analysis of a member’s medication regimen, discuss benefits, or perform other types of interventions.

The Manager will initially oversee a large team of clinicians (RN and RPh) and requires a leader who can assess, discuss, display, and train best-in-class services for our members and associates. The Manager, Clinical Operations will work closely with leaders in our operations and program management areas to ensure our programs are staffed, trained, and executed effectively.

Responsibilities

How do I make an impact on my team?

  • Manage the day-to-day performance of CEC clinical operations.
  • Provide guidance, feedback, and coaching to direct reports.
  • Ensure resources are aligned with meeting the timeliness requirements of operational processes.
  • Monitor and report on staff productivity and quality metrics.
  • Assess operational capacity and capabilities for managing new clients.
  • Execute project and program work.
  • Develop and continually improve the operational process to align with best-in-class strategy.
  • Collaborate with other CEC staff to maintain a high-quality service.
  • Facilitate communication with clients, providers, and internal staff regarding CEC programs and program outcomes.
  • Maintain knowledge of regulations regarding CEC programs.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with other functional areas/departments.
  • Develop a full understanding of Navitus Clients’ member experience and how the clinical engagement center contributes to improved health and wellness.
  • Contribute to clinical operational tasks when workload requires it.
  • Compliance with all applicable HIPAA and CMS regulations.
  • Participate in, adhere to and support compliance and diversity, equity, and inclusion program objectives.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

What our team expects from you?

  • Education: Graduate of ACPE Accreditation School of Pharmacy with a B.S. Pharmacy or PharmD degree.
  • Certification/Licenses: Current, unrestricted Pharmacist license in state of residence.
  • Experience:
    • 5+ years of clinical experience including direct consultation experience; 10+ years of clinical experience preferred.
    • Experience as a member of a multi-disciplinary team is preferred.
    • Professional PBM industry work experience is preferred.
