Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Manager in IT policy and audit to drive enterprise clinical workflow policy development and governance across care settings. The role coordinates with Epic teams, Quality & Safety, and enterprise leadership to ensure policy clarity and alignment with enterprise standards.

This position leads enterprise-wide AI-enabled Epic technology assessments, applying a consistent framework for patient safety, clinical quality, and operational impact, while guiding workflow adoption

Qualifications

• Five+ years of related clinical informatics, enterprise policy, Quality & Safety, patient safety, or healthcare technology assessment experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide clinical assessment of AI-enabled Epic capabilities and related technology platforms.
• Define and apply a consistent evaluation framework addressing patient impact and safety, clinical quality, provider experience and satisfaction, workflow and adoption, privacy and security.
• Evaluate business value, including ROI, financial impact, productivity, and measurable outcomes.
• Establish ongoing monitoring, feedback loops, issue escalation, and continuous process improvement.
