Vernon Health is seeking an experienced Manager, Clinical Informatics to lead the strategy, implementation, optimization, and support of clinical information systems across our organization. As the organizational leader for clinical informatics, you will collaborate with clinical leaders, providers, Information Technology, and operational teams to ensure technology solutions support quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, and an exceptional experience for patients and staff.
This position primarily works Monday through Friday during normal business hours. However, because healthcare technology systems operate around the clock, the role also participates in an on-call rotation and may require evening, weekend, or holiday coverage based on the established call algorithm and in response to unexpected system downtime, critical incidents, upgrades, or operational needs. Some travel to off-site clinics may be required.
