Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver and coordinate chapter training programs, virtual learning sessions, peer groups, and leadership workshops.
• Develop, modernize, and maintain chapter templates, tools, resources, and communication channels.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support chapter-related initiatives, communications, technology solutions, and service improvements.
• Track chapter trends, recurring issues, training needs, and engagement opportunities; provide updates and recommendations to the Director.

This role provides responsive operational support, training, resources, and guidance to chapter staff and volunteer leaders to help chapters operate effectively, remain compliant, and deliver a strong member experience.

Compensation

The expected starting salary range for this role is $75,000 to $$78,000 annually. This position is based out of our Falls Church headquarters in Virginia. Preference will be given to candidates in the DMV area, although remote candidates with the ability to occasionally travel to our office will be considered.
