The Manager, Channel Account Sales (CAM) leads BMS (Brother Mobile Solutions) growth strategies with assigned top reseller partners and/or territories in the U.S. This role develops and manages sales strategies to drive profitable growth, manages key relationships, engages in new business development, and maintains partner programs.

What You’ll Do

Account Management:

  • Develop sales strategies and business plans with channel partners to meet revenue goals.
  • Build and leverage relationships with key channel contacts.
  • Execute product launches, deliver sales presentations, and conduct product training.
  • Manage or influence account reps and support joint sales efforts.
  • Maintain the BMS NEXT Partner Program and enforce its rules.
  • Coordinate with marketing for incentives and promotions.
  • Maintain presence at reseller accounts and attend industry events.
  • Conduct executive meetings and business reviews.
  • Provide regular reporting and market intelligence to management.

New Business Development:

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new resellers and ISV partners into The NEXT Partner Program.
  • Discover new business opportunities with existing and potential partners.
  • Participate in industry and partner events for sales and learning.

About Our Ideal Candidate

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.

Experience:

  • At least 8 years in technology sales, channel partner sales, or related areas.
  • Minimum 4 years in consumer-facing technology sales, preferred in AIDC or mobility solutions.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through.
  • Capability to navigate complex environments and drive results.

Additional Details:

  • Salary range: $100,000 - $120,000/year, determined by experience and other factors.
  • Eligible for bonus plans based on individual and company performance.

Work Locations

Headquarters in Bridgewater, NJ, with manufacturing in Bartlett, TN, and other regional offices and distribution centers. Our sales teams work remotely within their territories to stay close to customers.
