Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in financial advisory, investment banking, transaction services, or corporate FP&A.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling from first principles and real-world applications.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting concepts.
• Professional certifications (CPA, CFA, CMA, MBA) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex financial modeling engagements, including development of integrated 3-statement models, cash flow models, and scenario analyses.
• Translate client objectives into structured analytical approaches and key drivers.
• Evaluate business initiatives and financial alternatives, including capital raises, recapitalizations, acquisitions, and growth strategies.
• Support transaction-related engagements through pro forma models and deal structure analysis.
• Develop and oversee forecasting processes, budgets, and management reporting frameworks.
• Review and refine financial models and client deliverables for clarity and usability.
• Manage day-to-day engagement execution, timelines, and coordination with the team.
• Communicate findings to client stakeholders, including senior management, investors, and lenders.
• Mentor and develop junior team members in modeling and analysis.
