• Evaluate business initiatives and financial alternatives, including capital raises and acquisitions.
• Support transaction-related engagements with pro forma analyses and deal-structure evaluation.
• Develop forecasting processes, budgets, and management reporting frameworks.
• Review and refine financial models, analyses, and client deliverables for clarity and usability.
• Manage day-to-day engagement execution and timelines.
• Present findings to senior management, investors, and lenders.
• Mentor junior team members on modeling and analysis.
