University of Oklahoma seeks a Grant Management Specialist to supervise day-to-day CEDaR operations and support grant management for the College of Education. You will assist with grant proposals, administration, data analysis, and workshops for students and faculty, collaborating with PIs, post-award offices, Financial Services, and the Dean's Office.
You will also provide dissertation support, networking to build community, and coordination for poster consultations, surveys, and transcription
Pay Range: Targeted salary up to $55,000.00 annually, depending on experience.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. (occasional night and weekend)

This position will provide day-to-day supervision of CEDaR operations and support the grant management processes for the college of education. The position will support grant proposals, management, administration, and data analysis, as well as workshops & programming for students and faculty. This person will work closely with Principal Investigators, student researchers, Pre-Award and Post- Award offices, Financial Services, and the Dean's Office, and serves as a liaison between the sponsors and ORS. This position will provide graduate students with dissertation support, networking to build community and collaboration to receive feedback on their dissertation/project. Will also manage and provide, poster consultation, survey construction and distribution, and transcription support for students and faculty.
Required Education and Experience:
Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months of related experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree for a total of 108 months of related experience.
