The Claremont Colleges Services is seeking a dedicated Sponsored Research Coordinator to provide administrative and research‑development support to faculty, coordinate pre‑award activities, ensure proposal compliance, and translate grant language into accessible impact summaries for Advancement colleagues.
Responsibilities include managing proposal portals (Grants.gov, ProposalCentral, Research.gov, eRA Commons), budgeting support, tracking deadlines, and maintaining a centralized grant

Full‑time, 12‑month position; regular hours 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday‑Friday. Flexibility for occasional holidays, weekends, or evenings may be required. Benefits‑eligible (health, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, retirement plan, paid vacation, sick leave, and more).
Hourly rate: $24.00 – $26.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
Reports to the Executive Director of Advancement, Strategic Partnerships.
