Pay Range:$45.84 - $68.76A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Manager-Case Management to join our team. The Manager-Case Management is responsible for managing and supervising the team tasked with working collaboratively with various stakeholders to provide assessment planning facilitation care coordination evaluation and advocacy for options and services to meet a patient's comprehensive health needs. HSHS leaders are tasked with leading a specific area or function and furthering the mission and core values of the organization.
