  • Bachelor's degree in social work plus five years of social work or social service clinical experience may be considered in lieu of a master's degree.
  • 2 years of home care, hospice, discharge planning or related experience is preferred.
  • Licensed as a CSW (WI) or LSW (IL) is required; WI CAPSW/CISW/LCSW preferred; IL LCSW preferred.

Pay Range:$29.55 - $44.32A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Social Worker to join our team. Social Worker will coordinate and provide social services for patients of all ages in the patient's care setting. Illinois: Licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is preferred.Eligible temporary Social Worker license while completing the examination requirements for full licensure is required.
