Job summary

National Grid in Waltham, MA seeks a Manager for our Capital Contract Management team in a hybrid role. You will lead a team responsible for contract development, commercial oversight of outsourced construction and EPC projects, risk management, and driving capex efficiencies.

You will coach staff, manage stakeholder relations, and ensure timely delivery of complex contracts across capital programs. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree and 5+ years in contracts or project management

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree is required
• 5+ years of experience in contracts, construction management, or project management within the electric utility industry required
• 2+ years of experience managing, coaching teams and developing employees preferred
• 2+ years of experience with EPC or large-scale capital delivery contracts preferred
• 2+ years of experience in commercially managing delivery via Job Order Contracting
• Microsoft Office proficiency including Power BI, MS Teams, SharePoint, Power Point, Excel and Word required
• Valid driver's license required

Job Purpose

Salary

$147,000 - $172,000 a year
