BCD Travel is seeking a Manager, Training Delivery (Hybrid) in the United States. You will support customer success by partnering with Operations to track performance trends, identify training opportunities, and strengthen service delivery.

The role emphasizes trusted relationships, empathy, calm professionalism, and urgency. You will act as the primary client contact, resolve travel-related issues using Sabre (GDS), and collaborate with teams to drive operational improvements and training

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
• Investigate and resolve travel, ticketing, and service-related issues using Sabre (GDS), escalating when necessary and ensuring timely resolution.
• Partner with internal teams to support operational improvements, training initiatives, and process optimization.
• Manage debit memos and support related financial and administrative processes.
• Drive high customer satisfaction, demonstrate the value of BCD Travel, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
