We’re looking for a dynamic, data-driven Manager to lead business development and strategic partnerships. Accountabilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, acting as their trusted point of contact

  • Analyze data to uncover performance trends and identify improvement opportunities
  • Identify, negotiate, and launch new partnership opportunities that drive growth and scale
  • Provide regular performance insights and strategic recommendations to internal and external stakeholders
  • Resolve partnership challenges quickly and efficiently, ensuring seamless execution


Requirements
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 4+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or management consulting
  • Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional projects end to end
  • Highly analytical, with a data-first approach to decision-making and problem solving
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to structure win-win deals
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with internal teams and external partners at all levels
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
