Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Remote - NY/Boston (25% - 50% Traveling Required)

Annual Compensation: Base Salary ($90,000 - $100,000) + Commissions + Bonus

Job Overview:

As a Territory Sales Manager at Cardiac RMS by DocGo, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with healthcare providers in your assigned territory to achieve our mission of maximizing clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, staff efficiencies, and the financial performance of healthcare practices. Through your consultative selling approach and in-depth knowledge of our solutions, you will help healthcare providers reduce emergency department visits and hospitalizations for patients with chronic conditions. Your efforts will directly contribute to improving the efficiencies of their staff and the overall success of their practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for your territory, including identifying key target accounts, building relationships, and generating new business opportunities.
  • Understand healthcare providers' needs and challenges, positioning Cardiac RMS by DocGo solutions to improve clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and financial performance.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within healthcare practices.
  • Demonstrate deep product knowledge and effectively communicate the value proposition of Cardiac RMS by DocGo solutions.
  • Show clinical understanding of products like Pacemakers, ICDs, Loop Recorders, CardioMems, and RPM equipment.
  • Develop expertise in chronic conditions related to Cardiology, Nephrology, Pain Management, Diabetes, and Heart Failure.
  • Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to each healthcare practice.
  • Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools, including lead generation, qualification, forecasting, and closing deals.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales operations, clinical care, and other internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Engage in continuous learning about industry trends, medical technologies, and solutions through training and self-study.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the territory, including overnight stays.

Qualifications:

  • Proven success in B2B sales, especially in complex sales within the healthcare or medical services industry.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with healthcare providers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to meet sales targets.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience managing a team of 1099 Contract Employees (subject to supervisor approval).
  • Knowledge of cardiac care, medical devices, or healthcare fields is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory.
  • Must be near a major airport within the territory.
