This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager, Business Analytics and Engagement based in United States.

This role offers the opportunity to lead analytics initiatives that directly influence sales execution, operational performance, and business growth.

You will turn complex data into clear insights, actionable recommendations, and scalable reporting solutions for senior stakeholders.

The position combines hands-on analytics with strategic thinking, cross-functional leadership, and continuous process improvement.

You’ll oversee dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and automated tools that help teams understand performance and make better decisions.

Working closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, IT, and other business functions, you’ll translate needs into impactful analytical solutions.

The role is well suited to an experienced analytics professional who enjoys modernizing reporting, influencing decisions, and enabling teams through data.

You’ll also have the opportunity to strengthen analytics capabilities, mentor others, and contribute to a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Accountabilities
  • Lead the development, maintenance, and enhancement of dashboards, scorecards, automated analytics tools, and performance measurement solutions.
  • Analyze sales, operational, and execution data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable business recommendations.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs covering sales execution, route performance, operational effectiveness, and overall business health.
  • Establish reporting standards, governance practices, and scalable processes that improve the consistency and accuracy of analytics.
  • Partner with Field Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, Revenue Growth Management, IT, Customer Planning, Category Insights, and leadership teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
  • Support strategic initiatives through advanced analysis, forecasting, performance measurement, and business case development.
  • Communicate findings through concise reports, presentations, and compelling data storytelling tailored to different stakeholder groups.
  • Identify opportunities to automate reporting, streamline processes, and improve decision-making through data-driven solutions.
  • Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects focused on analytics modernization, reporting enhancements, process improvement, and continuous improvement.
  • Build analytics team capabilities by fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, innovation, and customer-focused problem solving.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in business analytics, category management, data science, sales and operations reporting, business intelligence, or a related field.
  • Proven experience developing and managing dashboards, reporting solutions, and performance measurement frameworks.
  • Advanced proficiency with Power BI, Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to transform complex information into clear and actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence business decisions through data-driven recommendations.
  • Experience with reporting governance, analytics standardization, business intelligence strategy, or related practices is highly valued.
  • Knowledge of data modeling, automation, and modern analytics platforms is preferred.
  • Experience leading analytics transformation, process improvement, or change management initiatives is an advantage.
  • Experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG) and/or direct store delivery environments is a plus.
  • Previous experience managing or mentoring analysts and other analytics professionals is desirable.
Benefits
  • Target base salary range of $117,000–$160,900 annually, depending on location, experience, skills, education, and other relevant factors.
