Job summary

Brilliant® is seeking a Marketing Analytics Manager in Skokie, IL to develop executive reporting, analytics, and testing programs that illuminate the customer journey and website performance for senior leadership.

You will partner with UX, Ecommerce, and Development to drive data‑driven decisions, optimize digital experiences, design and evaluate experiments, and lead KPI governance and monthly analytics reviews, while communicating insights to executives.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of progressive analytics experience within marketing, ecommerce, web analytics, or related fields.
  • Strong SQL proficiency with the ability to write and execute queries independently.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for reporting, analysis, and data preparation.
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), including reporting, configuration, and attribution analysis.
  • Experience building dashboards and data models in Power BI or similar BI platforms.
  • Experience conducting A/B testing and multivariate testing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive-facing presentation experience.
  • Self-starter able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Translate complex data into actionable business insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Partner with UX, Development, and Ecommerce teams to identify and prioritize site enhancements.
  • Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests and multivariate experiments.
  • Develop and manage the marketing analytics testing roadmap and governance framework.
  • Analyze customer behavior, segmentation, and purchasing patterns to improve acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Define KPIs and monitor performance against business objectives.
  • Present analytics findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Drive continuous optimization initiatives across marketing and ecommerce functions.

Position Summary

The Marketing Analytics Manager will develop and maintain executive-level reporting, analytics, and testing programs that provide deep insight into the customer journey and website performance.   • Previous experience within retail, consumer products, or digital commerce environments.
  • Master’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
