Stillwater Insurance Group in Omaha, NE is seeking a Manager of Business Analysis to lead and develop the BA team, standardize practices, and serve as a strategic partner between business stakeholders and IT to support enterprise initiatives.

You will oversee gathering, analyzing, and documenting complex business requirements, translating them into actionable technical specs for development teams, and driving process improvements and adoption of new technologies.

Formación

• 3+ years directly leading, coaching, and developing Business Analysts.
• 5-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Project Manager.
• Experience with requirements gathering, validation, acceptance criteria development, UAT, and business readiness.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, coach, and develop a team of Business Analysts.
• Establish performance goals, provide ongoing feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Build a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and professional development.
• Champion best practices and knowledge sharing across the BA function.
• Own and continuously improve the BA operating model, processes, standards, and tools.
• Standardize documentation templates, requirement-gathering frameworks, and BA methodologies.
• Review work products for consistency, quality, and effectiveness.
• Establish oversight mechanisms to ensure delivery of strategic initiatives.
