The position requires 8+ years of BA experience and a proven ability to gather business requirements, document functional specs, and model processes with stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers. You will analyze current workflows, identify gaps, propose practical solutions, and create detailed BRDs, functional specifications, and process diagrams while managing multiple priorities

• 8+ years of relevant BA experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience gathering business requirements and documenting functional specifications.
• Ability to work with business stakeholders, technical teams, and PMs.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience analyzing business processes, identifying gaps, and recommending solutions.
• Prepare BRD, functional specs, and process workflows.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
