Job summary

Uber Advertising in New York City seeks a Manager, Business Development Representatives to lead and grow a high-performing BDR team across global brand, agency, and merchant accounts.

You will coach on outreach, map accounts, and drive pipeline, collaborating with Ads teams and Marketing to optimize messaging and handoffs. Hybrid role with in-office days Tue-Thu and optional extra days.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales, business development, or account management.
• At least 1+ years of direct people management or team leadership in a sales org.
• Proven track record in digital media sales, ad tech, RMN, or agency environments.
• Ability to analyze funnel data, pipeline metrics, and conversion rates to drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of BDRs with daily coaching on outbound prospecting and messaging.
• Establish outbound prospecting models to grow pipeline across target verticals and merchant partners.
• Collaborate with Ads Client Partners, Heads of Industry, and Marketing to align target lists and messaging.
• Track KPIs for activity, conversions, pipeline, and revenue impact.
• Drive CRM and AI tools adoption to improve outreach quality and efficiency.
