Now, they’re looking for someone to help lead and scale their Banking & Capital Markets transformation practice in NYC.

The Role:

You’ll partner with major financial institutions to drive front-to-back business transformation. That means designing future-state operating models, optimizing processes and data, and supporting large-scale change initiatives. You’ll manage multi-workstream programs, work directly with clients, and help junior team members grow.

Expect a wide mix of strategic thinking, delivery execution, and leadership responsibility.

What You’ll Need:

• 5+ years of management consulting experience (Big 4 or equivalent)
• Deep knowledge of banking or capital markets — from the trade lifecycle to Risk, Finance, and Compliance
• Strong understanding of financial products (e.g. derivatives, FX, fixed income, etc.)
• Experience with ops improvement, business analysis, program delivery, or regulatory change
• Project leadership experience and the ability to mentor junior consultants
• Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA and reporting/test documentation is a plus
