Position: Manager - Blockchain & Digital Assets Services

EisnerAmper is seeking a Manager to join our Blockchain & Digital Assets Services practice. We are looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative and growing environment that provides challenging, complex work.

Responsibilities:

• Provide consulting, business advisory, and tax compliance services to clients involved with digital assets and blockchain technology.
• Interact directly with clients, advising on digital assets and related transactions.
• Act as a controller for entities transacting in digital assets, including maintaining general ledger, AP, AR, and treasury management.
• Research and recommend solutions for complex regulatory, accounting, or tax issues, including tax planning opportunities.
• Manage client engagements, supervise staff, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Stay informed on new tax issues and trends in the digital asset industry.
• May require occasional extended hours or travel.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of tax and accounting experience, preferably in public accounting.
• CPA preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with digital assets, blockchain technologies, and related fields.
• Familiarity with digital asset exchanges, wallets, and blockchain analytics.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Understanding of tax issues related to digital assets.
• Knowledge of GAAP, especially concerning digital assets.
• Experience with accounting systems like QBO, Xero, or Sage Intacct.
