We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Manager, Anatomic Pathology to lead the daily operations of the Anatomic Pathology service line, including Histology, Surgical Pathology, Cytology, Autopsy, and related laboratory support services. This leader is responsible for operational excellence, quality and regulatory compliance, staffing and team development, financial stewardship, and customer satisfaction across inpatient, outpatient, and outreach services. The Manager partners closely with Pathologists, laboratory leadership, and clinical stakeholders to optimize workflows, standardize best practices, improve turnaround times, and ensure accurate, timely diagnostic results that support exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate combines strong leadership skills with technical expertise and a commitment to continuous improvement, employee development, and service excellence.
Position Hours: 40 hours, Day shift
