AIPAC's PAC Manager will lead the political action committee operations from Washington, D.C., coordinating budget, endorsement workflows, and data systems. The role reports to the Senior Director and supports national staff and regional offices.
Responsibilities include vendor management, real-time data tools, FEC compliance, quarterly reporting, and staff training to ensure seamless PAC information flow. AIPAC offers remote work two days weekly and strong compensation.

The AIPAC PAC Manager will work closely with the AIPAC PAC Senior Director and Senior Vice President to achieve the PAC's overall political objectives including shepherding a significant PAC budget, managing the PAC Portal and providing excellent customer service to staff and stakeholders around the country who interact with the PAC.
AIPAC is offering a competitive market base salary between $75,000.00 and $100,000.00 for the position. A job offer within the range will depend on how closely a candidate's skills and experience match the role's requirements. AIPAC also offers a competitive and comprehensive benefits package that contributes to employees' overall total compensation package. We currently work remotely two days a week and in our offices the other three. AIPAC is an equal-opportunity employer.
