Job summary

Ripple Labs Inc. in Chicago, IL is seeking a Manager, AI Platform Engineering to lead the development of the GSmart AI platform for enterprise treasury products.

You will shape the platform, guide greenfield AI initiatives, and partner with product teams to translate customer challenges into scalable technical solutions. You will hire and mentor engineers, own end-to-end delivery, and contribute to architecture and production code.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, including full-stack development and AI/ML platform infrastructure.
• 2+ years of engineering management experience.
• Strong full-stack development skills — front-end through back-end and APIs — with solid cloud infrastructure experience.
• Experience operating AI systems in production.
• Deep, current command of AI and modern LLM/GenAI infrastructure.

Join Ripple Labs Inc. as the Manager, AI Platform Engineering in Chicago, IL, and spearhead our bold venture in AI platform development! For positions that will be based in NY, the annual salary range for this position is below. Actual salaries may vary based on numerous factors including, among other things, an individual applicant’s experience and qualifications for the position. This range does not include equity or additional compensation, such as bonuses or commissions.

NY Annual Base Salary Range

$200,000 — $250,000 USD
