Ripple Labs Inc. is expanding its AI platform engineering leadership in Chicago, IL, with a focus on the GSmart AI platform powering enterprise features.

You will own the platform roadmap, drive end-to-end delivery, and collaborate with product and solution teams to translate customer challenges into scalable technical solutions. We seek a leader with 7+ years in software engineering and 2+ years in management, capable of guiding full-stack work, cloud infra, and production AI systems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, including full-stack development and AI/ML platform infrastructure.
• 2+ years of engineering management experience.
• Strong full-stack development skills — front-end through back-end and APIs — with solid cloud infrastructure experience.
• Experience operating AI systems in production.
• Deep, current command of AI and modern LLM/GenAI infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure platform AI is measurable and dependable.

• Enable teams to build on the platform and own their deliverables.

Join Ripple Labs Inc. as the Manager, AI Platform Engineering in Chicago, IL, and spearhead our bold venture in AI platform development! This remarkable opportunity enables you to craft the future of our AI platform, GSmart, powering smart features across our enterprise treasury products. You will be involved in greenfield projects, bringing insight and focus to undefined problems. For positions that will be based in NY, the annual salary range for this position is below. Actual salaries may vary based on numerous factors including, among other things, an individual applicant’s experience and qualifications for the position. This range does not include equity or additional compensation, such as bonuses or commissions.

NY Annual Base Salary Range

$200,000 — $250,000 USD
